Noise Observer

Interactive installation 2025

Noise Observer explores the role of the observer in quantum mechanics and the emergence of reality through interaction. The installation comprises an audiovisual projection in latent suspension and eight conductive sensors that, when touched, collapse the piece into active states, generating real-time visual and sonic landscapes from digital noise. The intensity and conductivity of each interaction directly influences the work's behavior, with sensors programmed in hierarchical relationships that evoke cellular autonomy or subatomic entanglement. Commissioned through the Habito la Posibilidad residency at Museo Interactivo Mirador, Santiago de Chile (CL).
